What have you done to your Elgrand today?

Done nothing on my own Elgrands recently and still need to look into the alternator / wiring problem on my black one, running my silver one that I replaced the engine on and fitted the pop top roof to since my return.

But it still seems like another JDM month work wise, haven't had a day off work since my return from holiday a week last Sunday and every vehicle I've seen / worked on has been either an Elrand or some other JDM vehicle. Currently converting a Toyota Grand HiAce 3.4 to LPG, next 2 LPG conversions are both Elgrands, then an Alphard to convert the week after. Been doing general servicing + LPG servicing + AC regassing on all JDM stuff since my return.

Once they’re laid down, a decent sim over the top with a couple of cushions in the dips is entirely kippable…

Make sure you read some tips from here as Japanese paint is notoriously soft - certainly is comparison to German paint etc. A good detail guide for them could have you in tears very quickly! I'd suggest a good pre wash(snow foam), fallout removal, contact wash, clay bar, polish then wax (Soft99 fusso coat or for G30 Mirror Shine for dark paint) that should see you right 👌🏻
