What have you done to your Elgrand today?

Done the headlights today to properly get rid of the yellowing.
The procedure i used was this.
Wet sanded with 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 grit wet and dry, altering direction with each number of grit, for example horizontal with the 1000, vertical with the 1500, horizontal again with the 2000 finishing vertical with the 2500.
I then machine polished the headlights(can be done by hand) with a finishing compound.
Lastly I have lacquered them to prevent them from yellowing again any time soon.
If you don't want to lacquer them you could use a ceramic coat but you will need to finish Polish them again sooner.

Had the air con re-gassed, now kicking out 11 degrees at the front vents, slightly warmer, 13/14 degrees at the rear vents, I'm hoping it holds the gas in, it only had 230 grams left out of the 900 grams it should have had, time will tell but it hopefully will get me through the summer.

did they just re-gas it or any new seals in the system?

Just re-gas, pulled a vacuum but not perfect, so filled system with nitrogen, held 10 bar for a few minutes, so I took a risk and had them re-gas. It was working earlier in the year but only had 230 grams in the system, should be 900 grams, I'll see how it goes and possibly try sealant if it holds for a few months, otherwise its a full check over.

Spent a few hours ripping out wiring for a/v headrests that don't work and are too loose they'd be dangerous in a crash. Oh, and made some videos on taking a front chair apart.

sounds like a plan mate I would try new seals and dryer receiver if it starts to not work again.

Finally replaced the light bar lense that cracked on me right at the last minute lol
Painted the edges with black tint as I wanted ( don’t like the silver/grey) and managed a clear coat , polish and buff etc, hope to get these rear lights fitted soon as they’ve been way too long in the making
Also got news that my front cats are ready and should soon be with me ( can’t wait)

I had the same done earlier this week. It had 281 grams left, it blows really cold now.
I also had the belts changed and had it MOTed, it passed!
I'll change the A/C filters and engine air filter myself tomorrow.
