Reference meeting place how dose everyone feel about the esso just of the m27 and a36 about 10 miles from show for anybody traveling from North

I was just thinking for those on lpg it's a 250 mile journy down for me with 4 kids 2 dogs and trailer full of camping gear so il be out of juice
 
i see im not up on where to get lpg adrian will know more but that is where we met up last year maybe top op on the m3 and carry on down

Need as much as I can get as late as i can get away I'm doing skelmersdale to beuleigh then to Taunton then Devon for 10 days then back to skelmersdale and lpg is more expensive across Devon way il be down early so can fill up and still get to tesco il be on road at 2am
 
Hi we will be camping in new forest from Thursday on the map it's 13 miles to Beaulieu what times do you have to be at the main gate what time will you get there??
 
The Tesco option seems the most logical due to proximity to Beaulieu. Looking forward to it.
 
Unfortunately, due to my health, we're not going to be able to make this event :(

If anyone wants two adult tickets for the Sunday, then I have no use for them.

I’ve now heard from Beaulieu, our plot number is R6. We will meet up at the Tesco store car park at 9am. if you follow the a326 to sizer way there is a large Tesco we usually meet at postcode SO455JA

I will hand out club stand passes ( I will have some spares for people that book last minute) , however you MUST bring your event tickets to enter the event.

We will convoy in at 9.30am.
