well to you that noticed i have not been on here a while i have been in hospital i had a fever and cronic constipation it turned out my imune system atacked my body (well they are 90%sure) i lost 2st in a week and im still not 100%but getting there so missed the meet this morning and the banter on here catch you all soon

you would not want it temps around the 100 mark sweat poring out at about a pint a day constipation for 8 days all on the slops served up in hospital i would not recomend this form of diet last emojis at a later date

there is no real diagnosis just they think thats what happened and the constipation was a side effect i had enough antibiotics to cure africa and enough laxatives to make a heard of elephants shit for a week but no proper diagnostics almost all the weight lose is muscle so i now look like an old man and yes i will be back in the buggy i have never been realy ill so it is a bit of a shock
